Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating inventory records in the system (WMS).
- Participate in daily cycle counts and stock verification activities.
- Support in reconciling stock discrepancies.
- Assist in receiving, labeling, and organizing stock in designated storage areas.
- Ensure proper stock arrangement according to FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Prepare and maintain inventory-related documents (RF, stock movement forms).
- Assist in generating basic inventory reports for review.
- File and organize documentation for easy reference during audits.
- Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in inventory management.
- Provide support during full stock counts.
- Observe and suggest improvements in stock arrangement, labeling, or workflow.
- Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain team members to gain operational knowledge.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions related to inventory control.
- Learn the use of inventory management systems and reporting tools.
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
