Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and updating Sales Orders (SO) in SAP system.
- Support follow-up on stock availability, delivery status, and Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and documentation using Microsoft Excel.
- Perform Delivery Order (DO) and Goods Received Note (GRN) filing.
- Support daily operational activities and administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree students in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
