Role: Sales Force Effectiveness Administrative Assistant
Location: Subang Jaya
Responsibilities:
- Support the New Trade Spend Management System.
- Manage data entry for distributors' historical spending records.
- Act as compliance keeper for distributors' claim documents.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: SPM or Diploma preferred
- Proficiency in Office Software: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point
- Good Organizational Skills: Attention to Details which ensure accuracy in administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Document Management: Keeping records organized, whether physical or digital, and ensuring proper filing systems are followed.
Experience:
- Min 1 year working experience in related fields.
- Preferably working experience in FMCG.
