Job Description
Position: Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop category trade strategies to achieve defined business goals.
- Drive NPD with channel strategy in collaborates with marketing developing launch deck, category selling story, 360 trade plan, product listing information, samples and exclusive activation.
- Leading efforts to leverage Brand Positioning and solidify the company's market position through our customers and their retail floors.
- Owning the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence and shopper engagement, in deliver sell out.
- Improve processes from planning to execution for Marketing plans/activation to trade plan.
- Drive promotion effectiveness with ROI evaluation for customized plan/activation
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- Strong consumer service, interpersonal and communication skills
- Skills in brand and shopper marketing, understand customer need and shopper journey
- Passion for results, creative solution, innovation with a thirst for fresh knowledge and experience
- Good organizational skills and attention to details in a rapidly evolving environment and development
- Discipline in execution and follow up of campaigns to achieve desired results and work to tight deadlines.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of trade marketing or category management experience
- Experience in Nielsen Advisor/ Retail Shelf Planner will be an advantage
- Experience in sales and marketing will be an advantage
