Job Description
- To Responsible for the general insurance related matters of the company.
- To liaise with the underwriters and clients on Insurance Policy matters,
- To advise and solving customers’ queries regarding general insurance
- To prepare quotations and proposals using the online portal/ liaison with the Marketing Team.
- To follow up on inquiries and renewals
- To responsible on other ad-hoc administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, of any field.
- No experience required, training will be provided. Fresh Graduated are encouraged to apply.
- SPM Holders with relevant working experiences are encouraged to apply too
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel applications
