Job Description

  • Oversee office operations, documentation, and internal communication.
  • Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and inventory oversight.
  • Create reports, maintain filing systems, schedule appointments, and facilitate communications for management.
  • Engage in launching special projects (e.g., vending machines, smart luggage lockers, smart kiosks, and other intelligent home solutions).
  • Manage project timelines, installations, budget planning, and performance evaluation.
  • Discover and implement new service concepts to enhance value for company-managed properties.
  • Assist the business development and operations team in pinpointing areas for efficiency enhancements.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration, project coordination, or the hospitality sector.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
  • Ability to execute tasks effectively and manage small-scale projects autonomously.
  • Proficient with technology, well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Enthusiastic about innovations in hospitality and enhancing customer experiences.
  • Proactively take initiative to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong verbal and written proficiency in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or team members.
