2. Occupancy &amp; Revenue Maximization through Pricing &amp; Upselling
<ul>
<li>Use dynamic pricing tools and manual strategies to adjust rates based on seasonality, demand, competition, and events.</li>
<li>Monitor key metrics like RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), ADR (Average Daily Rate), and Occupancy Rate.</li>
<li>Collaborate with front-line teams to implement guest upselling strategies (e.g., late checkouts, transport, special packages).</li>
</ul>
3. Direct Booking &amp; Corporate Booking Optimization
<ul>
<li>Respond to booking inquiries quickly and professionally via website, WhatsApp, social media, or email.</li>
<li>Develop promotional campaigns and loyalty programs to encourage repeat and direct bookings.</li>
<li>Work with B2B partners to secure long-term or group stays.</li>
<li>Track conversion rates of inquiries to bookings and optimize response SOPs accordingly.</li>

4. Channel &amp; System Integration Management
<ul>
<li>Oversee the synchronization between PMS (Property Management System), Channel Manager, CRM, and OTA platforms to avoid double bookings and errors.</li>
<li>Coordinate with tech team/vendors to solve integration issues or improve system flow.</li>
<li>Ensure rates, availability, and content are updated in real-time across platforms.</li>
</ul>
5. Implement &amp; Execute Upselling Strategies for Additional Revenue
<ul>
<li>Design upsell options&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create SOPs or scripts for staff to offer these upgrades at appropriate touchpoints (during inquiry, confirmation, pre-arrival, or check-in).</li>
<li>Track conversion rates of upselling offers and fine-tune offerings based on performance.</li>
</ul>
6. Setting Timetable for Marketing Team &amp; Standby Duty for OTA/System Matters
<ul>
<li>Coordinate a roster among marketing or operations team members for weekend/holiday OTA monitoring.</li>
<li>Set a calendar for weekly or monthly campaigns (e.g., flash sales, festive promos).</li>
<li>Ensure someone is always assigned to resolve time-sensitive OTA/system issues (price mismatches, booking failures).</li>
</ul>
7. Any Other Tasks Assigned by Management
