📈 WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their arrival, stay and departure
• Handle luggage, guide guests to their rooms and provide general guest assistance.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming lobby environment
• Assist guests with Smart Kiosks and self-service facilities
• Monitor and replenish vending machines, luggage lockers and other guest facilities
• Support valet parking and front entrance operations
• Respond to guest requests, feedback and service issues
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Security
• Maintain accurate guest, luggage, stock and operational records
• Support the team in delivering a smooth and memorable five-star guest experience

 Working Hours:
• 5 days per week
• From 9.00am to 9.00pm (2 hours break)
• Overtime pay will be included
• Off days on weekdays

Salary Range:
• RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 (Basic + Overtime + KPI Allowance)

Job Requirements

Requirements:
• Pleasant personality with a strong sense of guest service and professionalism.
• Physically fit to handle luggage and perform light physical tasks.
• Basic communication skills in English and Malay (Mandarin or other languages are an advantage).
• Able to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous experience in hotel, serviced apartment, or hospitality environment preferred.
