Job Description

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client's business objectives, industry trends, and challenges.
  • Regularly engage with clients to identify opportunities, address concerns, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic account plans aligned with client objectives and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to proactively drive account development.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal department to ensure smooth execution of inspection projects and initiatives when necessitating. 
  • Deliver regular reports to clients, providing insights on performance and project status.

Job Requirements

 

  • Candidate MUST possess a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in sales & customer service or in a similar role would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to enhance client success.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools would be an added advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
