Job Description

  1. Detail-Oriented Turnover Cleaning
  • Kitchen: Clean and sanitize all countertops, sinks, and appliances (microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker). Empty and wipe down the refrigerator. Load/unload the dishwasher and put away clean dishes.
  • Living & Bedrooms: Dust all surfaces (including tech like TVs and remotes), vacuum carpets, and mop hard floors. Change linens and make beds to a crisp, high-end standard.
  • Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect toilets, showers, bathtubs, and sinks. Polish mirrors and fixtures ensuring zero water spots or stray hairs are left behind.
  • Outdoor Areas: Sweep patios/balconies and ensure outdoor furniture is clean and arranged neatly.

2. Property and Unit Inspection

  • Walk through the property upon arrival to check for any guest damage or missing items.
  • Take photos of any issues and report them immediately to the property host.
  • Locate and report any items left behind by guests.

3. Staging & Guest Setup

  • Restock essential guest supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner).
  • Replenish coffee, tea, sugar, and any welcome amenities left for guests.
  • Stage the home to match our listing photos (perfectly arranged throw pillows, folded towels, organized decor).

4. Operations & Maintenance

  • Take out all trash and recycling to the main outdoor bins.
  • Perform quick functional checks (ensure the Wi-Fi router is on, lights work, and smart locks lock properly).
  • Alert the host when cleaning products or guest amenities are running low.


Job Requirements

  • Experience: Mininum 1 year experirence at residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or Airbnb/STR turnover experience preferred.
  • Eye for Detail: Ability to spot small details that make a huge difference in guest reviews (e.g., hair-free floors, streak-free glass).
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have a dependable way to get to the property on time.
  • Smartphone & Tech Savvy: Must have a smartphone to take/send photos, receive booking updates, and use our turnover checklist app.
  • Trustworthiness: High integrity is a must, as you will be working independently in a private property.
