Job Description
- Lead the planning, design development, and execution of interior design projects
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to define project requirements
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Oversee design presentations, material selections, and approvals
- Supervise site progress, quality control, and compliance with design intent
- Manage project risks, changes, and deliverables to ensure successful completion
- Mentor and guide junior designers and project teams
- Ensure all design documentation complies with local regulations and safety standards
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 4–7 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a project management role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Project
- Familiar with local building codes and interior fit-out procedures
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
