Job Description

The Logistics and Purchasing Executive will play a crucial role in managing our supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement of goods and services, and optimizing logistics processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet our company's goals.

  1. Inventory Accuracy Rate: Measure the percentage of inventory records that match physical inventory counts.
  2. Stockout Rate: Monitor the frequency and duration of stockouts for key items.
  3. Inventory Turnover: Calculate the rate at which inventory is sold and replaced within a specific period. 
  4. Order Fulfilment Cycle Time: Measure the time it takes from receiving an order to shipping it out. 
  5. Obsolete Inventory Reduction: Track the percentage of obsolete inventory identified and removed from stock. 
  6. Documentation Accuracy: Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of inventory-related documentation. 
  7. Building Satisfaction: Obtain feedback from internal and external buildings regarding inventory availability and accuracy. 

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience (min 2 years) in logistics, purchasing, or supply chain management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
