Job Description

• Supervise all aspects of the renovation project, from initial planning to final execution, ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed-upon schedule and budget.
• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the renovation process, inspecting workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure they meet or exceed expectations.
• Coordinate and lead a team of contractors, laborers, and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities, and guide them to optimize performance.
• Monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and work closely with the project manager to ensure the project stays within budget.
• Create and manage project schedules, identifying potential delays and implementing strategies to keep the project on track.
• Promote a safe working environment by enforcing all safety regulations and best practices, ensuring that all team members follow proper safety procedures.
• Regularly communicate project updates to the project manager and other stakeholders, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and providing solutions as needed.
• Identify potential challenges, proactively address issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project moving forward smoothly.
• Always protect company interests and information, penalties apply if fraud occurs. 

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in air conditioning servicing and maintenance, preferably in hospitality or property management.
• Strong technical knowledge of various air conditioning systems and components.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend to urgent service requests.
