Job Description

• Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business direction.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor and manage employee performance review cycles and appraisals.
• Support and guide department heads in disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
• Manage payroll processing, claims, leave administration, and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Review and enhance company HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook to ensure compliance with the latest labor laws and industry practices.
• Organize training & development programs to build staff capabilities and promote career growth.
• Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory role.
• Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software/systems (e.g., SQL, InfoTech, or similar).
• Applicants must possess strong proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, or team members.
