Job Description
You’ll be the driving force behind bringing exciting ideas to life. This role is all about planning, organizing, and executing events that leave a lasting impression. You’ll manage budgets, work closely with vendors and clients, and make sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Plan & Execute Events: From small activations to major brand experiences, you’ll help shape every detail.
- Creative conceptualization : Compose presentation decks after brainstorming new ideas and content for all events and activation.
- Coordinate With Clients & Vendors: Keep everyone aligned, updated, and ready to deliver their best.
- Manage Logistics: Handle timelines, equipment, staffing, and all the moving parts that make an event work.
- Oversee Setup & Teardown: Be on-site to ensure everything is built, arranged, and wrapped up perfectly.
- Provide On-Site Support: Troubleshoot, support team members, and make sure the event day runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Keep Budgets on Track: Assist in managing event costs to ensure smooth financial planning.
Job Requirements
- Strong skills in event planning, organizing, and execution
- Experience with budget management and vendor coordination
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid project management and multitasking skills
- Sharp attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus
- Must be able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
