You’ll be the driving force behind bringing exciting ideas to life. This role is all about planning, organizing, and executing events that leave a lasting impression. You’ll manage budgets, work closely with vendors and clients, and make sure every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

<li>Plan &amp; Execute Events: From small activations to major brand experiences, you’ll help shape every detail. </li>
<li>Creative conceptualization : Compose presentation decks after brainstorming new ideas and content for all events and activation. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Coordinate With Clients &amp; Vendors: Keep everyone aligned, updated, and ready to deliver their best. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage Logistics: Handle timelines, equipment, staffing, and all the moving parts that make an event work. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee Setup &amp; Teardown: Be on-site to ensure everything is built, arranged, and wrapped up perfectly. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide On-Site Support: Troubleshoot, support team members, and make sure the event day runs like a well-oiled machine. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep Budgets on Track: Assist in managing event costs to ensure smooth financial planning.</li>
