Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Engagement Support

• Assist on audit engagements by preparing schedules, collecting client documents, and performing basic substantive and control testing.
• Help with client confirmations and follow up to ensure timely receipt of evidence for audit work.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare clear working papers and maintain audit files so seniors can review efficiently.
• Perform reconciliations and highlight reconciling items or unusual balances for further review.

Client & Team Communication

• Liaise professionally with clients to request information and clarify queries during fieldwork.
• Support the audit team with time tracking, status updates, and follow through on assigned actions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or a fresh graduate with relevant attachments is welcome.
• 0 years of experience is acceptable; willingness to learn on the job and attend client sites as required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, preparing working papers, and performing account reconciliations.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Strong attention to detail and a habit of accurate, organised record keeping.
• Good communication skills, professional attitude, and the ability to work well in a small team under guidance.
