Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage and supervise all phases of project development - from design to completion.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality compliance.
• Prepare and review project schedules, reports and progress updates for management review.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements, specifications and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in property development or construction project management.
• Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.
• Experience liaising with consultants, local authorities, and contractors in Sabah will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
