Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting feasibility studies and cost estimates for upcoming projects.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Evaluating and negotiating Contractor bids and contracts.
• Monitoring project progress and costs, ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Providing financial advice and cost control throughout projects.
• Conducting risk assessments and value management to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborating closely with engineers, architects and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and reports.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction or developer industry.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
