Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Internship Event and Sales Operations to oversee the coordination of events, primarily on weekends, with responsibilities in the office on weekdays or non-event days. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning and Coordination

• Research and identify suitable events for brand exposure and sales.
• Liaise with event organisers for participation and arrangements.
• Liaising with supplier for POSM printings for offline events and outlets.
• Event Execution

2. Promoter Management and Training 

• Assist in recruiting promoters for events.
• Prepare and maintain promoter kits and promotional materials.

3. Retail Outlet Set Up

• Coordinate with merchandisers or transporters for stock planning and delivery.
• Manage stock receiving, storage, and display setup.
   

4. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business objectives and adapt to changing priorities or event requirements.

Job Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional extended hours during events.
• ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma required; further education in marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred.
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess Own transport.

Work Environment:

• This role typically requires working in various locations where events are held.
