Job Description

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
2. Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
3. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
4. Friendly, polite and customer-oriented attitude.
5. Able to handle cash transactions accurately (cash, card, e-wallet)
6. Basic knowledge of POS systems (training will be provided if needed)
7. Punctual, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
8. Basic hygiene and food safety awareness.

Job Requirements

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional efficiently
2. Process payment using cash, card and e-wallet systems.
3. Issue receipts and handle cash responsibly.
4. Prepare and serve food or beverages according to company standards.
5. Ensure the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints politely.
7. Follow hygiene, safety and company SOPs at all times.
