Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing daily service crew duties and outlet operations.
• Support stock management activities, including stock counting and inventory checks.
• Learn and follow all company SOPs and operational procedures.
• Assist in maintaining service standards and product quality.
• Report maintenance or operational issues to the Supervisor or Manager.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth outlet operations and achieve outlet goals.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously develop product and service knowledge.
• Understand the restaurant menu, promotions, and key selling points to assist customers effectively.
• Assist in outlet audits, cleanliness checks, and ensure company standards are maintained.
• Support other operational duties and projects assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
