Our Purpose

<li>The support consultant supports business partners in the installation, configuration and management of WoodWing applications. As Support Consultant you are part of a team that shares responsibility for ensuring that the business partners and customers are assisted to full satisfaction in working with the products and services from WoodWing.</li>
</ul>
<p>Job Description:</p>
<ul>
<li>Analyzing and solving technical problems</li>
<li>Answering technical questions from partners and customers</li>
<li>Accurately administer ticket and time spend information</li>
<li>Creating and managing test and support environments</li>
<li>Acquire and maintain current knowledge of WoodWing products by attending internal training and self-study</li>
<li>Maintaining contact with business partners and customers</li>
<li>Timely inform Technical Support Manager of tickets that threaten to escalate</li>
<li>Actively help to distribute knowledge and information through Knowledge Base</li>
<li>Optional; Mentor for interns. The Mentor for interns is a Support Consultant who is also responsible that:</li>
<ul>
<li>the intern performs usable work that benefits both WoodWing and the intern’s work experience at a company.</li>
<li>the intern is informed about the work processes that are used at WoodWing and how to use them.</li>
<li>working hours are being administered correctly</li>
<li>the intern knows the WoodWing rules and Work processes</li>
<li>the intern’s learning goals are achieved</li>
<li>the intern’s work is done within agreed times even if the intern is not available.</li>
