Job Description

  •   Manage MCS new sales and renewal requests, including RFP responses. Lead new module/solution discussions; coordinate with internal and external teams; perform follow-ups.
  • Prepare and present pre-sale modules/solutions; respond to queries from stakeholders.
  • Engage with vendors to obtain quotations when required; track status and follow up.
  • Consolidate CVs, validate against technical delivery requirements, and collaborate with procurement as needed.
  • Collaborate with authorized managers on P&L and commercial aspects; support pricing discussions.
  • Assist sales team with approval preparation deck (technical sections) and secure for the approval.
  • Compile and assemble MCS pre-sales or renewal proposals and large-scale RFS solution proposals.
  • Must be able to clearly communicate to customers, teammates and management 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer IT Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in RFP management, pre-sales coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong project management and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; ability to prepare presentations and proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.  
  • Experience in payment services or managed services sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with P&L, pricing, and procurement processes.
  • Knowledge of sales bid presentation slide preparation and related sales processes.
