 JOB DESCRIPTION

1. To assist on contract administration by reviewing documents, verifying contractor progress claims and variation orders.
2. To support on cost monitoring and compiling data.
3. To assist in sourcing quotations for cost comparison.
4. To Assist & prepare VO valuation sheets, compile supporting documents and track approval status.
5. Assist in taking off quantities for budgeting, variation assessments and support preparation of BQ/preliminary estimates.
6. Liaise with consultant’s contractor and internal departments to obtain required info.
7. To support any ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD.

Job Requirements

INTERNSHIP PLACEMENT : QUANTITY SURVEYOR (PROPERTY SECTOR)

1. Minimum Degree holder in Quantity Surveyor.
2. Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
3. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skill in English and Bahasa Melayu.
4. Computer literate with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Modeling etc.
5. Able to work Independently and detail oriented.
