  1. Accounting Industry Personal Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to other departments 

Job Requirements

  • Serve as the liaison/ primary point of contact for internal management and external management associates on company business related matters.
  • To coordinate and organize meetings with inter-departments and external parties.
  • To maintain a calendar of meetings, appointments, travels, deadlines and deliverables with timely follow up and reminders.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to all the other departments. 
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent problem solving capabilities with timely resolution demonstrating an awareness of knowing when to elevate concerns or issues.
  • Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant will be an advantage
  •  Experience in digital marketing industry or related field is highly preferred
