Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of all HR activities including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Training Development, Performance Review, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
  • Managing the recruitment process including advertising posting, candidate screening, interview session arrangement, preparing letter of employment and onboarding.
  • Handling monthly payroll processing, attendance checking and leave maintenance for all employees.
  • Participation in yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
  • Managing staff disciplinary and misconduct issues.
  • Drafting promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
  • Issuing memos for any announcement from Management.
  • Organizing, updating and maintaining proper records and filing for all HR-related files.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (eg: annual dinner, team building) and events.
  • Management of compliance and adherence to laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence including answering phones, making appointments, ordering office supplies, and maintaining proper filing of documents.
  • Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above in HRM, Business Administration, Management or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Human Resource field/functions.
  • Knowledge of the Malaysia Employment Act, Labour Laws, and HR practices.
  • Numerically sensitive person, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team work.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Infotech Payroll system, etc.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Malay.
