Main responsibilities

• Monitor and control income and expense activities within RightProc, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee the timely collection of platform fees, rebates and management fees.
• Facilitating efficient payment to suppliers, as needed for timely collection of fees/rebates.
• Maintain accurate of rebates collected and facilitate the disbursement to clients.
• Participate in the budgeting process, ensuring accurate income and expense projections. Conduct regular analysis and forecasting to identify trends and potential risks.
• Analyse, monitor, and evaluate income and expense performance, providing insightful reports to management.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.
• Lead periodic monthly business review meeting stakeholders.
• Provide insightful analysis and interpretation of variances, against budget and forecast, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:-

• Diploma/Degree in commerce, business administration, accounting and/or finance.

• Good command of English.

• Good organizational & analytical skills.

• Good understanding of financial principles.

• Capable of generating insightful reports with large datasets.

• Strong Stakeholder Management

• Self-motivated, excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work independently.

• Solution first approach

• Pro-active attitude with strong sense of ownership

• Good time management.

• Possess good business acumen.
