Main Responsibilities
The position is responsible to perform the following activities:
Trip Planning & Ticketing
Prepares travel itineraries according to traveller requests and corporate travel policies
Creates, changes, refunds, issues PNRs in GDS
Manages non-GDS air, hotel, car and other ancillary content when needed
Complies to strict data privacy, protection and confidentiality policies
Customer Service
Responds to customer calls and emails within service level agreements
Frontline management of customers
Keeps up to date with immigration and supplier policies and acts as trusted advisor to travellers and travel bookers
Mandatory Requirements
Proficiency in using travel management technologies, GDS Amadeus preferred
Experienced in handling multi-national travellers requiring visas and complex itineraries
At least 5 years experience handling corporate travel bookings
Good proficiency in English, both oral and written.
