Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Junior Tax & Sustainability Analyst who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoys working with data, documentation, and cross-functional teams.
You will report to the GBS Tax Manager and work closely with finance and ESG teams across the business and liaise with external tax advisors when required, gaining exposure to both tax management and sustainability reporting in a global organization.
What you will work on:
Support the preparation and maintenance of basic tax and transfer pricing documentation.
Assist with annual reviews by collecting data and reconciling figures with finance systems.
Help track tax compliance requirements and maintain simple process documentation.
Support coordination of information for tax audits and follow up with internal teams.
Support monthly ESG emissions reporting by collecting, organising, and checking data.
Perform basic data checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Assist with system updates and reporting administration following standard procedures.
Help prepare ESG reports and support ad-hoc sustainability-related tasks
Qualifications you have for this role:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Detail-oriented with a structured approach and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Comfortable working with Excel and handling data (e.g. formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
Good communication skills in English, with the ability to present information clearly.
High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential information.
Basic knowledge of or interest in tax, VAT, transfer pricing, and/or ESG sustainability reporting.
Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and automation tools to improve efficiency.
