What You'll Responsible For:
1)Data & Performance Analysis
Analyze partnership performance using KPIs such as revenue contribution, engagement metrics, cost efficiency, and ROI.
Build dashboards and reports to track the effectiveness of partner programs and campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor partnerships to identify gaps or opportunities.
2)Strategic Support
Assist in partner segmentation, prioritization, and portfolio management based on business goals.
Support deal evaluation and partner negotiations with financial models and scenario analysis.
Develop business cases for new partnership opportunities.
3) Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, legal, and finance teams to align partnership strategies with broader business initiatives.
Support onboarding processes for new partners through documentation, CRM entry, and internal coordination.
4) Project Management & Reporting
Maintain internal trackers and documents for partner pipelines, agreements, and performance updates.
Prepare quarterly and ad hoc reports for leadership on partnership health and strategic direction.
What Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field. (Master’s degree a plus.)
2+ years in a strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business analyst role.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills using data.
Experience in working across teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exposure to partner ecosystems such as affiliates, resellers, alliances, or joint ventures.
Familiarity with SQL or lightweight data querying a bonus.
Competency Requirement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
