Who we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Specialist who thrives on building strong relationships and connecting great talent with exciting opportunities.
What will you do
What experience and skills required
5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with proven exposure to both agency and in-house environments
Strong ability to assess complex and technical roles, leveraging analytical judgement to evaluate candidate capability and fit
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to partner with senior hiring managers
Highly service-oriented, proactive, and consultative, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-driven organisation
Experience with psychometric or personality assessment tools and external vendors is preferred
Digitally proficient, with solid knowledge of modern recruitment platforms, HR systems, and data-driven hiring practices
Location
The position will be based in Kuala Lumpur office located at KL Sentral which is a strategic work location with convenience travelling by Monorail, Rapid Kelana Jaya Line, MRT and KTM services as well as easy to get to go by public transportation.
