About the role

As a Mandarin-speaking Online Sales at NETFORGE SOLUTION SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for identifying global sales opportunities through online platforms, understanding client needs, and delivering effective solutions. You will manage client relationships, drive sales progress, and contribute to our international business growth in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

What you'll be doing

• Find clients from all over the world through the internet

• Understand and analyze clients' needs to provide the best solutions

• Maintain good relationships with clients

• Continuously follow up on sales progress

Job Requirements

What we're looking for

• Fluet in Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• 精通中文（口语与书写）
• Strong learning ability to quickly acquire sales skills.
• 较强的学习能力，能快速掌握销售技巧
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment
• 具有抗压能力，能够在快节奏的团队中工作
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide good sales service.
• 良好的沟通能力与销售服务态度

Location: Sunway Velocity, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., plus alternate Saturdays (twice a month)

Off Days: 6 days off per month (including Sundays and alternate Saturdays)
