From Dermalogica, JW Mariott to Secret Recipe, we've created viral collabs that smell good and sell out.
We are growing fast and now looking for a Sales Executive to drive both corporate (B2B) sales and e-commerce platform (B2C) growth strategy.
If you're obsessed with closing deals, spotting trends, think 3 steps ahead and generally can't sit still to save your life, WE WANT YOU!
Your mission:
You'll work closely with our founder, Evelyn and our lean team to:
1. Pitch and close custom corporate deals (gifting, events, brand collabs, etc)
2. Follow up with prospects till they say YES (or at least until they respond 😅)
3. Spot sales trends across our platforms (Website and other sales channels)
4. Work with marketing and customer service to strategize promos, bundles, GWP, and upsells for B2C
5. Set targets, track performance and own results (we don't do excuses here)
6. Manage customer requests and revisions professionally, without losing your cool
7. Chase deadlines (both internal and client-side) and know when to gently rush
8. Create cute, persuasive presentation decks using Canva
You're wunderfully perfect if:
1. You have a minimum 2 years experience in sales, especially in corporate servicing
2. You communicate clearly, warmly and can pitch in Whatsapp, Google Meet and in person
3. You're fast, follow-up obsessed and hate losing leads
4. You love organizing sales pipelines and designing strategies that convert
5. You thrive in small teams with high accountability, "can-do" attitude
6. You're super organized, you track conversations, not just "vibes"
7. You can build client decks/ pitch presentations using Canva (non-negotiable)
8. You're calm under pressure work with fast turnaround timelines, and requires minimal handholding
