In this dynamic role, you will be the backbone of our product lifecycle, from managing inventory and processing orders to capturing product photography for our digital archives.

📦 What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)

You will wear a few different hats to ensure our products get from our warehouse to our customers flawlessly:

• Product & Inventory Management:
  
• Maintain and update accurate product information, catalogs, and internal databases.
• Manage daily inventory records and conduct routine stock control activities.
• Prepare regular reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel to track product performance.
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics:
  
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to prepare quotations and process customer orders efficiently.
• Assist with hands-on packing, shipping, and arranging logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
• Creative & Digital Support:
  
• Conduct basic jewelry photography and maintain highly organized digital product archives.
• Support future social media and digital content initiatives to help expand our online presence.
• Continuously assist in identifying ways to improve internal operational processes and workflows.

Job Requirements

⚡ Who We Are Looking For

• The Communicator: You are fluent in English, Mandarin, and Malay. (Note: Mandarin proficiency is strictly required to liaise effectively with our Mandarin-speaking customers and business partners).
• The Detail-Fanatic: You possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring data entry and stock counts are always precise.
• The Multitasker: You are highly organized, honest, and responsible, with the ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• The Tech-Savvy Admin: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• The Bonus (Nice-to-have): Any working knowledge of Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) is a massive advantage!
