Job Description

  • Manage and execute daily corporate order flows via the company’s B2B platform with time-sensitive order processing with fixed daily cut-off timelines.
  • Ensure orders are accurately processed, confirmed, and monitored within service turnaround times.
  • Coordinate closely with internal operations, suppliers (sellers), and corporate customers (key accounts) and digital platform customers to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for order-related enquiries and issue resolution.
  • Proactively monitor workflows and highlight potential risks or delays early.
  • Maintain accurate operational records and support process documentation.
  • Assist in improving workflows, tools, and operational efficiency as the business scales.
  • Handle order process flow from order to order completed, handle order enquires, order update etc. 
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as required in a startup environment.

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in any field.
  • Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply. Experience in customer service, operations, or administrative support is an advantage.
  • Exposure to automotive, logistics, supply chain, or B2B operations or digital platform is a plus.
  • Good command of English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Computer literate; familiar with Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Available to start immediately.
