Job Description

• Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Support content planning for videos, reels, posts, stories, and marketing campaigns. 
• Participate in content shoots, product photography, behind-the-scenes videos, and event coverage. 
• Edit short-form videos, captions, and visual content for social media posting. 
• Research social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to generate fresh ideas. 
• Help develop branding concepts and content strategies to improve audience engagement. 
• Assist in writing captions, basic copywriting, and storytelling for social media content. 
• Support in managing content calendars and scheduling posts. 
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and product launches. 
• Monitor social media engagement and provide content performance insights.

Job Requirements

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Advertising, Creative Design, Business, or related fields. 
• Minimum internship period of 3 months. 

Skills & Competencies

• Passionate about social media, content creation, and branding. 
• Basic knowledge in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other editing tools. 
• Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. 
• Basic video editing and content shooting skills are an advantage. 
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities. 
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage). 
• Comfortable appearing on camera or assisting during shoots. 
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut AI is a plus. 
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
