Content Creation & Social Media

• Create fun, engaging, and creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. 
• Assist in planning and producing posters, reels, videos, captions, and social media campaigns. 
• Support the team in brainstorming new content ideas and creative concepts. 
• Research social media trends and suggest fresh ideas to improve engagement and brand visibility.
  

Photography & Video Production

• Participate in photo and video shooting sessions for products, events, rentals, and customer deliveries. 
• Assist in editing short-form videos, reels, and simple promotional content using editing tools. 
• Support behind-the-scenes content production and brand storytelling.
  

Branding & Marketing Support

• Assist in creating marketing materials, product highlights, and proposal visuals. 
• Support branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s image and online presence. 
• Work closely with the team on campaigns, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  

Campaign Execution

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
• Help manage customer enquiries and social media interactions when required. 
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance and content effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Education

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business, Graphic Design, Creative Media, or related fields.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in social media, branding, content creation, and digital marketing. 
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design/video editing tools are an advantage. 
• Able to write simple and engaging captions in English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Chinese. 
• Comfortable with taking photos, recording videos, and supporting content shoots. 
• Creative, proactive, and willing to explore new ideas. 
• Good teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills.
