Job Description

• Assist in creating engaging content for TikTok and Instagram, 
• Support content planning for videos, reels, posts, stories, and marketing campaigns. 
• Participate in content shoots, product photography, behind-the-scenes videos, and event coverage. 
• Edit short-form videos, captions, and visual content for social media posting. 
• Research social media trends, viral content, and competitor activities to generate fresh ideas. 
• Help develop branding concepts and content strategies to improve audience engagement. 
• Assist in writing captions, basic copywriting, and storytelling for social media content. 
• Support in managing content calendars and scheduling posts. 
• Work closely with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and product launches. 
• Monitor social media engagement and provide content performance insights.

Job Requirements

Education & Background

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Creative Media, Marketing, or related fields. 
• Minimum internship period of 3 months. 

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar tools. 
• Familiar with social media platforms and content trends. 
• Basic understanding of storytelling, pacing, and content flow. 
• Creative mindset with good visual sense. 
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Basic photography or videography knowledge is an advantage. 
• Familiarity with AI tools like CapCut AI, ChatGPT, Canva AI is a plus.
