Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the Hire Purchase business to build and maintain a robust data support system.
• Define data standards, design metrics and optimize data products tailored to specific business scenarios.
• Independently prepare comprehensive data analysis reports, collaborating closely with Sales, Operations and Product teams to provide performance evaluation and actionable insights.
• Prepare regular management reports (daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to provide timely insights on business performance and trends.
• Design budget analysis templates and build data models to perform calculations, document findings, and support strategic decision-making.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data operations, analysis or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a related discipline is preferred.
• Fluency in English, Malay & Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel functions.
• Familiarity with common statistical or algorithmic methods used in data analysis.
• Exposure to fintech or finance-related data is a plus.
