Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote auto-financing products, including auto refinancing solutions, to prospective and existing customers.
• Follow up with customers consistently to manage leads and ensure timely processing of applications and documentation.
• Clearly explain product features, eligibility requirements, and benefits to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service by handling enquiries and resolving customer concerns in a timely and confident manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, call outcomes, and follow-ups in the system.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and approved telesales scripts during all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven Experience in insurance sales, telesales, banking, or telemarketing is highly preferred.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to effectively present our services and convince potential customers.
• Proven track record in outbound sales, lead conversion, or telesales environment will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to manage customer data accurately
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin will be a plus
