Job Description

• Campaign Execution: Hands-on management, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads
• Localized Messaging: Translate complex financial products into simple, high-converting ad creatives and copy (English, Bahasa & Chinese) that resonate with everyday Malaysian car owners (e.g., lower monthly instalments, smart cash-out)
• Full-Funnel Optimization: Own the user journey from ad impression to lead submission. Design, test, and tweak landing pages and lead forms to maximize conversion rates (CVR)
• Lead Quality Control: Implement qualification logic within forms to filter out low-quality leads, ensuring our pipeline is filled with high-intent, contactable prospects
• Sales Alignment: Work closely with the internal telesales team to review lead quality daily, tighten the feedback loop, and continuously improve the final lead-to-funded-loan rate
• Data-Driven Decisions: Manage ad spend efficiently. Analyze metrics daily (CPL, CPA, CTR, CVR) to make sharp, data-backed pivots and scale winning variations

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and Google Ads (Agency background or in-house brand experience welcomed)
• Proven track record in high-intent lead generation
• Experience in financial services, personal loans, insurance or the automotive sector is highly preferred
• Deep understanding of funnel marketing, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and pixel setups
• Strg communication skills in 3 languages (English, Bahasa & Chinese) to effectively craft localized marketing angles for the Malaysian mass market
• Highly analytical, comfortable with data dashboards, and thrives in a fast-paced, agile launch environment
