Job Description

Product Planning & Roadmap 

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals 
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities 
• Develop product positioning and differentiation strategies to enhance adoption and competitiveness 

Product Development & Delivery 

• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and user stories 
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design team to deliver high-quality products 
• Oversee product testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure readiness for launch 
• Track and optimize product performance against defined success metrics 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

• Partner with sales, marketing and operations to align priorities and support go-to-market execution. 
• Lead effective product launches and ensure consistent communication of updates 
• Act as the voice of the user across teams, ensuring decisions are customer-focused

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven track record of owning a product/project from inception to execution with measurable achievements 
• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in eCommerce, fintech, or internet-based products 
• Strong skills in customer demand analysis with a customer-first mindset 
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and self-learning abilities 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills 
• Highly self-motivated, organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
