Xchievers.ai is looking for an AI Software Engineering Intern who is passionate about turning AI models into robust, scalable applications. We are moving beyond simple "chatbots" to create integrated business automation systems, and we need a builder to help us scale.

This role is specifically tailored for students in their final year or final semester of your studies.

The Role

Unlike a traditional dev role, you will be working at the intersection of core software engineering and AI implementation. Your tasks will include:

• API Integration: Developing and maintaining backend services that connect LLMs to our core software products.
• System Architecture: Assisting in the development of modular AI agents and ensuring they interact correctly with databases and external tools.
• Deployment & Ops: Helping manage the lifecycle of AI applications, from local development to cloud-based environments.
• Quality Assurance: Writing unit tests for AI-driven features to ensure reliability in production environments.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Preferred candidate to be in their final phase of study (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent) and are looking to transition directly into a full-time career immediately after your internship.
• Strong fundamentals in software logic and at least one core programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with LLMs and an interest in how to integrate AI into real-world business applications and APIs.

Bonus!

• A "builder" mindset with a track record of personal projects, a GitHub portfolio, or relevant coursework.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and collaborate effectively within a fast-moving team.
