Job Description
X Tech Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive intern to assist in proposal development, client engagement, and tech project execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Craft professional proposal write-ups and slide decks for tech-based solutions
- Join client meetings with C-level executives and management, gaining first-hand exposure
- Assist in quality-checking systems during tech project deployments
- Support the key personells in day-to-day tasks related to strategy, documentation, and planning

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay (spoken & written)
- Strong writing and presentation skills – this role involves plenty of writing!
- Preferably pursuing a tech-related degree (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, HCI, etc.)
- Has general understanding of software systems, tech stacks, or IT workflows
- Bonus: Familiarity with Figma or AI tools is a plus
