Job Description

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to expand existing client portfolios.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new clients.
  • Participate in events, network sessions, and other activities during/outside of regular work hours to generate leads and increase awareness of the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external media owners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all team members are empowered while maintaining oversight of key accounts.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to help the team meet their KPIs and sales targets.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and positive team culture, driving motivation and accountability.
  • Lead proposal creation, negotiations, and deliver impactful presentations to prospective and existing direct clients and agency partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on business goals.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and recurring business opportunities.

  • Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales/account management experience in media/advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with campaign lifecycle management — from briefing, execution, tracking, to reporting.
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, talent ecosystems, and KOL/creator collaboration workflows.
  • Proven track record of retaining and growing client revenue through effective account management.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and familiarity with live commerce, influencer marketing, and digital campaign workflows.
  • Strong client service and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial sales targets.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and/or Bahasa.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
