This isn't a make coffee and print files internship. You’ll be working directly alongside our commercial leads, getting real front-row experience in business growth, strategy, and digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic).
What You’ll Do & Learn:
🎯 Pitch Prep & Market Research: Spot high-potential industries, research competitors, and help build clean, persuasive pitch decks.
🤝 Client Meetings & Outreach: Support lead outreach, shadow live sales pitches with senior leads, and assist with client communications.
📁 Pipeline & Onboarding: Manage CRM data and help transition newly signed clients smoothly to our execution teams.
📈 Skills Development: Learn agency pricing structures, commercial negotiation techniques, and modern consultative selling.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Comm, or related fields.
- Internship duration minimum 3 months
- Strong written & verbal communication skills (comfortable drafting emails and pitch slides).
- Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn agency growth inside out.
