Job Description

 

Team Management & Production Management Support

  • Reporting to the Head of Production and Directors in team updates and challenges
  • Identifying and overseeing the training & upskilling of Junior and Exec Creative Designers and/or interns, Video Content Creator, Videographer and Video Editor
  • Monitoring creative and production output and suggest new methods or tools required to improve processes and capabilities
  • Stay abreast with new creative technology such as AI and actively research on potential creative strategies and tools
  • Providing support to the Head of Production in the delegation and management of day-to-day tasks within the team to meet agreed deadlines - ClickUp
  • Maintaining a clear record of monthly KPIs of each team member

Agency Design

  • Assisting and quality checking the creative concepts, ideas and designs for web/mobile application and platforms focused for social and digital media based on client and brief requirements. This includes social media postings, visual materials for Google Display Network, GIFs, online banners, landing pages, mockups and other relevant materials. 
  • Editing and optimising visual content and materials provided for clients for campaigns and postings, ensuring that quality of created content meets client and company standards
  • Development of non-static visual content (GIFs, flash video, etc) as per deliverable requirements. 
  • Assisting videographers in stitching images for virtual tours
  • Able to multitask, working with team members to ensure that required deliverables can be met without affecting deadlines
  • Development of branding related visual content to supplement the branding efforts of the Digital and Social Media teams.

Portals Design

  • Assisting and quality checking the creative concepts, ideas & designs for Afterschool.my, SchoolAdvisor.my, ApplyRadar.com and its clients. This may include visuals on the online platforms, materials for Google Display Network, content marketing designs, downloadable e-books and other relevant visual materials based on client and brief requirements. 
  • Editing and optimising visual content and materials provided by clients for campaigns and postings, ensuring that quality of created content meets client and company standards.
  • Developing visual content to support advertising and marketing efforts of Afterschool.my, SchoolAdvisor.my and ApplyRadar.com
  • Development of branding related visual content to supplement the efforts of Afterschool.my, SchoolAdvisor.my and ApplyRadar.com

Company Design

  • Assisting and quality checking the creative concepts, visual content and design deliverables for company branding. This includes branding materials, social media posting, website, company materials and any relevant materials that require visual design based on stakeholder and brief requirements.
  • Development of creative designs and concepts for media platforms 
  • Development of marketing and branding collaterals such as t-shirts, signage, posters and other relevant materials 

Editorial Design

  • Developing and quality checking the creative concepts, ideas and designs for print media based on client and brief requirements. 
  • Editing and optimising visual content and materials based on design requirements by the Content Team for related deliverables, ensuring that visuals created meet company and client standards. 
  • Able to multitask, working with team members to ensure that required deliverables can be met without affecting deadlines

Video Production

  • Assisting and quality checking the Ideation, storyboarding and editing of video content
  • Recognising the instances to secure stock footages
  • Scriptwriting and proofreading of existing collaterals for clients’ and relevant stakeholders’ usage
  • Videos include but not limited to news shorts, product videos, piece-to-cameras, point-of-views, aerial videography, TikTok reels, Insta stories etc
  • Stitching & Creating virtual tour projects
  • Familiar with relevant editing programmes such as Premier Cut Pro, After Effects, Capcut etc 
  • Recognising the need to Insert captions and intros & outros, blurbs, music etc to necessary videos
  • Planning pre-shoot necessities for external and internal clients
  • Execution of video shorts and photography sessions for clients and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Providing support and advice to relevant internal and external stakeholders in regards to best practices and trends in video production
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders on video-related content development, ensuring regular follow up on deliverables needed for postings or campaigns and building a positive working relationship with related parties
  • Post-production duties, which include but are not limited to: 
    • Meeting clients needs’ in regards to post-production
    • Ensuring high production quality of photos and videos 
    • Ensuring deliverables are met in a timely manner
    • Ensuring all facts and figures included in produced content are factually and grammatically correct, as well as relevant to the overall production of content

Proposal Development

  • Social Media Campaigns 
  • Identifying the best campaign platforms for video content based on client needs
  • Identifying best practices for major productions and campaign ideas based on Client needs
  • Research of similar campaigns that fit into the client brief
  • Creation of campaign collaterals 
  • Proposal of ideal timelines for campaign execution
  • Social Media Management Proposals 
  • Conducting competitor research and relevant trendsetting for clients based on their needs
  • Identifying relevant sample postings for social media platforms in relation to video-based content 
  • Strategizing video content for each social media platform based on the client needs
  • Presentation
  • Potentially attend meetings with clients should it be required
  • Suggest and present creative ideas during pitches or reviews

Job Requirements

2- Must know all aspects in the creative fields.
