Job Description

The ideal candidate should possess experience across all phases of the sales process. They must be adept at establishing new client relationships as well as nurturing existing ones. Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record are essential.

  • **Sales Meetings & Presentations**  
  • Schedule weekly sales appointments with both new and current clients for upselling opportunities.  
  • Meetings with existing clients should specifically aim to increase sales.  
  • Deliver engaging sales presentations and address questions issues objections or concerns with clear and persuasive replies.  
  • KPI: Secure successful sales appointments weekly.  
  • **Pitch Decks for Meetings**  
  • Conduct comprehensive industry research and gather data to persuade potential clients to choose our services.  
  • Present collected data in a highly compelling manner.  
  • Obtain pricing and package approvals from the Pricing Manager prior to client presentation.  
  • KPI: Dispatch at least approved proposals each month.  
  • **Sales Closing**  
  • Follow up with clients post-pitch meetings.  
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms that align with both company and client policies.  
  • Successfully close sales by adhering to company procedures.  
  • Facilitate client onboarding as part of the transition to the internal production team to ensure seamless project delivery.  
  • KPI: Meet monthly sales targets.  
  • **Continuous Professional Growth**  
  • Continuously enhance understanding of industry trends competitors and market conditions to effectively engage with customers.  
  • Actively participate in free online courses or training programs and workshops to improve product knowledge sales techniques and overall professional development.
