Telemarketer / Customer Support Executive

Xccurate Marketing – Cheras, Kuala Lumpur

We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated, energetic Telemarketers / Customer Support Executives to support outbound calling and client campaigns. If you enjoy talking to people and want a stable office-based role with incentives, we want you on board.

What We Offer

• Basic salary: RM1,700 – RM2,500 (depending on experience)
• Performance incentives & bonuses
• Office hours only: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
• No night shifts
• Cheras location (easy access via public transport)
• Training provided – experience is an advantage, but not required

Job Responsibilities

• Introduce products/services and explain information clearly
• Qualify prospects and arrange appointments when required
• Handle basic inbound enquiries (when assigned)
• Update call outcomes and customer details in the system
• Work closely with supervisors to achieve campaign targets
