Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational processes and future project needs.
- Evaluate existing business processes and propose data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Support the development of business cases, including planning, tracking, and monitoring project progress.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Interpret and transform business data into meaningful insights to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and software/application developers to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
- Identify trends and patterns using data analysis, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor implementation outcomes and follow up to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Develop documentation and deliver effective end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Superior problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that include the ability to illustrate complex business and technical ideas and able to communicate findings and recommendation to management and team
- Sensitive to rapidly changing marketplace and business minded when interpreting idea
- Strong time management skills, Innovated, self-motivated and able to work as a team in an agile development environment
- Good knowledge in AI (Artificial Intelligence), big data, and financial accounting will be a plus
- Creativity and imagination in presenting idea using wireframe, process flow, charts
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
